“The cost is reportedly$1.7bn for the two ships, with some funding potentially coming from sovereignwealth funds in the Gulf, and some financing remains to be done” said UBS InvestmentResearch analyst Robin Farley.
“We believe that it would take at least three yearsfrom the time of a new order, given that this would be a new ship design,before delivery, so this is not likely to be in operation much before 2018.”
