The dredger and offshore ship specialist said net earningswere EUR 56m ($77.6m) last year, from EUR 37m in 2012.
Revenue rose to EUR 985m from EUR 895m, with almost EUR 1.8bnof new orders added in the past year, it said.
This gives it a work backlog of two years.
“The company is looking ahead to the remainder of 2014 withincreasing confidence,” it said.
