Frangou hasinvested $10m in the company’s stock and has a further $10m to earmarked for purchases, an SECfiling showed.
Navios chiefexecutive Frangou now owns 27,723,045 shares in the New York-listed owner.
Based on thelast trade of the stock, her 25.9% holding is worth $218.16m.
The companyhas a market capitalisation of $802.82m.
