The holding company of the Fred Olsen groupsaid the first-quarter net result to 31 March was NOK 132m ($22.23m), from NOK 320m in the same three months last year.
Revenue reached NOK 2.7bn from NOK 2.26bn, withall divisions reporting higher figures.
Financial costs were NOK 270.7m, compared to NOK213.3m in 2013, however.
The pre-tax and interest profit of shipping/offshorewas NOK 57m, up from a loss of NOK 33m in 2013.
