The website of the Communist Party’s disciplineinspection commission said in a brief statement that Gu Tiquan had beentransferred to the judicial authorities.
He is suspected of crimes, but their naturewas not specified.
The commission has investigated Gu's"serious violations" recently, it added.
The state-owned yard is part of the CSSCgroup.
