The Latvian yard said the Riga city northern district court closed the case against it, BNS reported.
A settlement between Riga Shipyard and contractor Morski Tehnolgii was approved, while two other claims were withdrawn.
The yard also said board member Igors Komarovs had been fired and several executives suspended.
A criminal investigation has begun into payments to contractors.
