DFDS on the road

Denmark’s DFDS is lining up its third major bond issue in three years.

The ro-ro owner will raise up to NOK 700m ($117.2m), Reuters reported.

"We will be on a roadshow in coming days to investigate if interest is there," CFO Torben Carlsen said on Monday.

The final size of the sale has not yet decided, but it will be similar in value to its two previous issues, which were NOK 700m last year and NOK 500m in 2012.

The deal could yet take place outside Norway.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
