Current CFO Anna Forshamn will leave on 31 Augustto become head of pensions at the parent Stena AB group.
The owner said it was immediately beginningthe hunt for a successor.
Forshamn joined as CFO two years ago.
She arrived from her position as financial controllerand group pensions manager at Stena AB, and had previously worked at StenaLine.
