The Greek tanker operator took the titleof ‘Worst Performer’ on the TradeWinds Shipping Index this afternoon after itsstock slid 36.21% to $1.85.
The sell-off followed the pricing of 10million common shares, and warrants to purchase 5 million, at $2.00 a piece.
According to a regulatory filing thewarrants have a strike price of $2.50, are exercisable immediately and expire fiveyears from the date of issuance.
