China Harvest Marine has shed 20 million shares in the shipowner, according to a filing.
The move reduces the investor’s interest from 7.28% to 5.40%, the document showed.
China Harvest is left with 50.39 million shares in the company, which are worth SGD 4.38m ($2.57m) today.
According to Clarksons, Courage presently has four bulkers, including a single capesize, in the water.
