A three-arbitrator tribunal in London issued an award in favour of Laskaridis affiliate Naval Magnum, the owner of the 470,540-cbf Atmoda (ex-Rizhskiy Bereg, built 1989), against Grove entity GSI Switzerland, Laskaridis says.
As TradeWinds’s weekly edition reported earlier today, District Judge Denise Casper, of the US federal court in Boston, approved the settlement deal between the parties.
