The loan from the banking arm of the European Union is designed to back its fleet expansion and the use of emissions-reducing technology, as the 1,500-passenger vessels run on LNG.
They were delivered from Bergen Group in Norway in 2013 and earlier this year.
The reduction of CO2 emissions can reach as high as 23% in comparison with the use of standard marine engines powered by heavy fuel oil.
