The company said net earnings to 30 June were CNY 11.4m ($1.84m), against a net loss of CNY 78m in the same period a year ago.
Revenue was down 1.6% to CNY 3.6bn, however.
Shipping volumes in June rose 14.9% year-on-year to 1.3m tons
The company offers heavy-lift, liner, car transport and bulk shipping with its mixed fleet.
