Evangelos Pistiolis-led Top is seeking to raise $50m from investors via its second trip to the capital markets in as many months.
In an SEC filing, Top said cash from the fundraiser will go towards payments on newbuildings and further new or second hand acquisitions.
The owner has $127.5m to pay on its five eco products tanker newbuildings still under construction, of which only $9.7m
