A hearing over the redundancy terms of former head of shipping at steel trader Stemcor UK Richard Thomas is back on after the parties failed to reach an agreement.
Thomas was made redundant from the Stemcor as part of a company -wide restructuring programme when it ran into financial difficulties in 2013.
TradeWinds reported late last week that the hearing was stayed as Stemcor and Thomas thrashed out a deal.
