Ezra-backed EMAS has just collected SGD 58.79m ($36.51m) from a Singapore shares sale to add to its Oslo traded stock.

Previously only Golden Ocean had sought to take advantage of the link-up between the exchanges but the John Fredriksen backed company never raised capital in the Lion Republic.
