Martin Stopford, non-executive president of Clarkson Research Services, describes the post-2008 turmoil as only a slightly tougher version of the 1990s.

 

"I wouldn't say this is a particularly bad recession," said Stopford while talking to TradeWinds on the sidelines of the Davos-style gathering of global shipping industry leaders and government ministers in Copenhagen today.
