A reverse merger of the two companies has been a hot topic for some time – but the arrival of products tanker specialist Macleod could see the restructuring take a slightly different path to the one predicted.
A leading analyst tells TradeWinds it was thought the products tanker fleet of Frontline 2012 would be sold to a specialist operator in the same way as its VLGCs were unwound into Avance Gas.
