The Scottish port, currently run by Perth and Kinross council, has been seeking a third party to take over commercial management since summer.
UK property consultancy Bidwells, which has been appointed to help in finding an investor, said a number of expressions of interest have been received, “highlighting its attractiveness as an investment opportunity in central Scotland.”
The closing date for offers is 24 November.
