The joint venture will see the formation of a new company to be christened Bibby-USM Shipping that will look to capitalise on business opportunities in the developing Chinese market.
As an independent company, it will help diversify operations into the north Asia region, targeting China and Taiwan for specialist sectors such as offshore, LPG and LNG.
