Copenhagen-listed Norden today announced Schroders controls 2,118,026 shares to give it a 5% stake.
While no purchase price was revealed the stock is worth DKK 306.90m ($51.23m) based on Norden’s trading price at the time of writing.
Its stock was up 2.62% to DKK 144.90 each Friday morning, giving the bulker and tanker owner a market capitalisation of DKK 6.12bn.
