Oslo over the counter listed Frontline 2012 this morning revealed it has booked four firm suezmaxes in a deal TradeWinds has previously revealed to have been placed at China’s New Times Shipbuilding.
Four options are in place as part of the contract, its quarterly report said.
The ships were previously reported to have come at $59.5m apiece, a major discount on what they would have cost the company at a South Korean shipyard.
