The company added only: “The company has decided not to proceed with the offering described in the registration statement at this time. “

Prestige was bought by Nasdaq-listed NCL in a $3bn deal in September.

It operates under the Oceania and Regent Seven Seas brands in the luxury cruise sector and was created by Apollo Global Management in 2007 to hold its cruise investments.
