Evangelos Marinakis backed Capital is issuing 12.8 million units at $9.53 each.

The $121.98m from investors could be topped up by a further $18.3m if its underwriters take up their allocation.

Cash from the equity issue will be used to help meet loan payments due in 2016 and early 2017 as part of an update to three separate facilities.

UBS Investment Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Raymond James, led the issue, with co-lead managers Barclays, Jefferies and Stifel, and co-managers Evercore, Credit Agricole CIB, ING and SEB.
