An Allianz Global Investors fund has shed 117,808 shares to drop the company’s overall holding below 5%, a statement said.

Following the sale Allianz is sitting on 3,219,668 Hoegh LNG shares, giving it a 4.61% slice.

Leif Hoegh & Co remains the largest shareholder in the shipowner with 44.6%, ahead of The Baupost Group.
