A Ukrainian court has halted a sale of securities by Okean Shipyard worth UAH 1.5bn ($65m).
The Mykolaiv regional economic court invalidated an agreement between the shipbuilder and two limited liability companies, the prosecutor's office said, according to Ukrainian News.
"It has been established that in 2012, the shipyard and the companies entered into an agreement on sale/purchase of investment certificates, which later led to persistent financial insolvency of the shipyard," it added in a statement.
