German container line Hapag-Lloyd has enjoyed a fractional boost to its share price following its stock market debut on Friday.

The shares opened higher at EUR 20.05 ($21.81) in Frankfurt, compared to the price of EUR 20 in its IPO, which raised $300m this week.

The stock reached a high of EUR 20.40 before settling back to EUR 20.07.

The company, whose market capitalisation is now EUR 2.37bn,
