J Lauritzen remained in the red for the third quarter as profit from its gas division was not enough to counter losses from its larger bulker business.
The Danish owner recorded a loss of $16.09m in the three months to the end of September, slightly larger than the $12.69m at the same point 12 months ago.
It takes the shipowner’s running loss for 2015 to $160.68m.
