Peter Georgiopoulos and Centerbridge Partners are preparing for an eventual sale of some of their stake in bulker owner Genco Shipping and Trading, according to regulatory filing.
The New York-listed company filed a registration statement for the sale of up to 30.8 million shares of common stock “by certain selling shareholders to be named in a prospectus supplement,” the filing says.
