Singapore Technologies Marine (ST Marine) has struck a deal to settle with the largest creditor in the arrest of its ferry in the United States.
The shipbuilder, which owns the 27,500-gt Nova Star (built 2014), struck the agreement with Cockett Marine Oil, a bunkers supplier.
Cockett and McAllister Towing and Transportation filed a claim for $1.06m in the lawsuit in the US federal court in Maine.
