Singapore shipping agency Chinpo Shipping has been found guilty of transferring money to help North Korea in a trial linked to the Chong Chon Gang smuggling case.

The hearing revolved around the small family-run company that had been working with North Korean shipping and trading entities since 1972, the Washington Post reported.

It was charged with breaking UN sanctions.
