Dorian LPG said that one of its original board members has stepped down.
Charles Fabrikant, who has been a director with Dorian since July 2013, resigned as of 21 December, according to a regulatory filing. No reason was given for the resignation.
In a statement regarding the resignation, Dorian chief executive John Hadjipateras said, “Charles has been a champion for Dorian, from helping us through the IPO process to supporting us in our expansion program.
