Perdana Petroleum has raised MYR 635m ($162m) from a five-tranche sukuk bond, the company has confirmed.

The largest tranche was a MYR 275m five-year piece priced at 4.9%. The remaining four tranches had a similar issue size of MYR 90m with the one-year tranche set at 4.3%, the two-year at 4.45%, the three-year at 4.6% and the four-year at 4.75%.

Sole lead UOB Malaysia tied up the deal as a private placement.
