The Oslo Stock Exchange has decided to delist the shares of Bulk Invest less than two months after the company filed for bankruptcy.
Bulk Invest tried desperately to restructure and reach an agreement with creditors but opposition from seven Japanese owners made it more difficult to find a solution.
The Norwegian bourse said the last day of listing for Bulk Invest will be 30 May.
