Trico Marine Group has landed subsea services contracts worth up to $40m, according to a release issued today.

CTC Marine, the UK-based subsea trenching and installation division of Trico, has won a contract from Norddeutsche Seekabelwerke (NSW) for the installation and trenching of 80 infield cables on the BARD Offshore wind farm project in the western North Sea.
Sources at CTC tell TradeWinds they will service the contract with one of the company's DPII vessels which are equipped with trenching and cable installation equipment.
Deep Ocean, the subsea services division of Trico, has secured work from an undisclosed "major oil company" for three annual campaigns covering structural and pipeline inspection in Norway.
Sources at Trico and Deep Ocean did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
As TradeWinds has reported, Trico chief executive Joseph Compofelice said in an earnings release that CTC and Deep Ocean were making "good progress" towards securing contract work in the North Sea despite the weakening market. (click HERE to read the article)
