GasLog Partners is tipped to soon complete its first acquisition in more than a year.
Expectations around its first dropdown from parent GasLog since the summer of 2015 come after the New York-listed company confirmed a long-term charter for a newbuilding with Centrica yesterday.
Ben Nolan, an analyst at Stifel, says GasLog is expected to drop a modern TFDE LNG carrier to the MLP “within the next several weeks”.
