Aurora LPG CEO Borge Johansen is leaving the company as BW LPG completed its takeover.
The Oslo-listed gas carrier owner said the board and Johansen had agreed to terminate his contract.
He will continue as CEO of Atlantic Tankers, the commercial manager of its VLGC pool operations, however.
CFO Nikolai Jebsen is also leaving by mutual agreement, but will remain with Aurora until at least 31 March 2017 and will serve as interim CEO.
