Sovcomflot (SCF Group)'s pioneering ice breaking LNG carrier is to be named at a ceremony in Russia on Saturday.
The 172,600-cbm newbuilding Christophe de Margerie will be the centrepiece of the three-day 21st St Petersburg International Economic Forum, which kicked off on Thursday.
Sovcomflot has been keeping details of the event under wraps.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is holding meetings with world leaders at the forum, is due to attend the naming ceremony.
