ExxonMobil has teamed up with Crowley Marine and Eagle LNG Partners to collaborate on the development of LNG as a marine fuel.
The goal is said to be establish the storage and technical support necessary to provide reliable LNG delivery for bunkering in North America.
The parties, which signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) earlier this week, say they will initially focus their efforts in Florida before expanding to other North American markets.
