Spanish utility Gas Natural Fenosa is being linked to a deal to provide LNG as bunkers for two cruiseship newbuildings being constructed by MSC Cruises.
Details are scarce but TradeWinds understands that Gas Natural has emerged as the favourite over a number of other outfits bidding for the business.
The LNG bunkers would be used to supply the 200,000-gross-ton (gt) cruiseships MSC has on order at STX France.
