Energy major Total has restarted talks with companies interested in providing a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) for the Ivory Coast.
TradeWinds understands Total is trying to get to a position where it is ready to give the green light to the project by the end of this year so that it can take a final investment decision then or in early 2018.
