CLP shortlists FSRU providers for Hong Kong project

Hong Kong’s CLP Power has narrowed its search for a company to provide a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) for its planned import project.

FSRU interests following the project say they expect BW LNG and MOL to be among shortlisted firms as both companies have targeted the business.

A final decision on a provider is expected before the end of this year, with contracts likely to be inked in early 2018.
