Portugal plans to invest EUR 130m ($154m) to develop onshore and offshore LNG bunkering and to grow its role as an import and export hub for cargoes.
Minister of the Sea Ana Paula Vitorino told CWC’s World LNG Summit in Lisbon today that the country’s government recently approved a plan to make LNG a strategic vector and has concluded the design of a maritime LNG roadmap identifying key infrastructure to develop.
