Spot rates for LNG carriers are set for their best quarter in three years after fighting back into the black, Credit Suisse.
Rates have averaged $60,000 per day in the fourth quarter to date as the cycle looks to have finally turned, according to analyst Greg Lewis.
This makes the ongoing quarter the strongest for the market since the last three months of 2014 when rates ran at over $70,000 per day.
