The vessels, both 2010 built, will be renamed Epic Bali and Epic Borneo, the Singapore based shipowner said in a statement Thursday.
The bareboat charters feature purchase options and fixed monthly charter rates throughout the term of the contracts.
Epic said both vessels are currently employed by two leading LPG shippers, but it declined to reveal their identity.
The Lars Vang Christensen-led company is in the middle of a major expansion drive which has seen it tap both the newbuilding and secondhand markets.
