The sale of its 7,200-cbm Gas Premiership (built 2001) to an undisclosed buyer will bring net proceeds of $7m, it said.
StealthGas will continue to operate the vessel on a four-year bareboat charter.
It also said the latest agreed charters for nine vessels will increase the company’s contracted revenue to $235m.
The 5,000-cbm Gas Shuriken and Gas Defiance (both built 2008) were hired by an international trading house for three years.
