The move follows the initial public offering (IPO) of the LPG carrier on the New York Stock Exchange in May this year.
In June the company completed an offer to exchange shares held in the Norwegian VPS system for shares listed in the US.
Dorian LPG, which is led by chief executive John Hadjipateras, said the delisting will become effective as from 4 December 2014.
