Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) will build an 83,000-cbm LPG carrier for NYK-linked Kyoei Tanker.
NYK will then charter the ship to Astomos for a five-year period. The ship is due to be delivered in the first half of 2017.
The 83,000-cbm LPG carrier order is the fourth sister ship to be ordered at MHI on the back of Astomos-linked charters since late 2013.
