The options for six 174,000-cbm, high-specification ships expire next week. If they are exercised, the South Korean yard group will deliver the ships in 2018 and 2019.

“We intend to seek to extend these options,” the New York-listed LNG carrier owner said in its annual report to the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
