IM Skaugen’s legal claims against Volkswagen-owned MAN Diesel & Turbo are still ongoing, following the big car engine scandal that made headlines last month.
The Norwegian shipowner filed a $20m compensation claim in Singapore over underperforming engines in July, Reuters report.And this figure could increase to $50m, taking into account Skaugen’s new estimates.
